On-Demand Workout Library
Starting at $20/month
My meticulously curated Pilates classes are designed to help you become the strongest and most confident version of yourself. I have organized the workouts into collections suited for unique experiences. Each collection features guided Pilates workouts categorized by specific criteria such as workout difficulty, time length, equipment used, and muscle group focus. All of my workouts are designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and overall wellness.

Virtual Private Lessons
Starting at $45/session
Private Pilates lessons focus on your individual needs and goals, allowing you to fully embrace the benefits of your practice. I will provide you with specialized guidance and feedback, ensuring you perform movements safely and effectively. Private lessons are recommended if you are working through an injury or working towards a specific goal. Whether you are embarking on your Pilates journey or seeking to elevate your existing practice, private Pilates lessons can help you to make the most of your experience.
I offer 30 minute and 50 minute virtual private lessons, as well as in-person private lessons for Mat and Reformer Pilates. Your first private lesson is free of charge, so you can get your questions answered and try it out before committing. Pilates Workout Collections
The Core Collection
Time commitment: 15-45 minutes per workout
Recommended equipment: None!
Difficulty level: Beginner-Advanced
Cost: $20 monthly | $200 annually
What makes it special: The core collection is designed to be convenient and accessible with no props and lots of modifications provided to make workouts more challenging or more supported.
The Classic Collection
Time commitment: 25-60 minutes per workout
Recommended equipment: Pilates ball, Pilates ring, light weights
Difficulty level: Intermediate/Advanced
Cost: $20 monthly | $200 annually
What makes it special: The classic collection features workouts exclusively made up of traditional Pilates exercises.
The Designer Collection
Time commitment: 3-10 minutes per video
Recommended equipment: Pilates ball, Pilates ring, light-medium resistance bands, light-medium weights, foam roller
Difficulty level: Intermediate/Advanced
Cost: $30 monthly | $300 annually
What makes it special: The designer collection is the most customizable option, featuring a variety of warm ups, workouts, and cool downs for you to select from to build your own workout.
